Donate a Vehicle

Cedar Valley Gearheads relies on the generosity of individuals and businesses to make our mission possible. Donated vehicles are the foundation of our work and allow us to provide safe, reliable transportation to families in need.

We accept vehicles in all conditions. After donation, each vehicle is evaluated and will be:

• Donated to an individual or family in need

• Sold to help fund Gearheads’ operations

• Salvaged for parts to support other vehicles

Without vehicle donations, wait times for recipients can exceed a year.

All vehicle donations are tax‑deductible. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Gearheads provides a tax receipt for your records. Donors determine the vehicle’s value, up to reasonable high retail.
